Power Flow & Yin Yoga with Luna Castilho

Break a sweat with Luna in the SoHo Skyline! Connect and tune in with yourself with the ultimate power & yin flow lead by Luna Castilho. 45 min higher-intensity freestyle power Vinyasa flow followed by 30min of Restorative Yin Yoga. The class is about being purposeful with your breath, embodiment, taking the time to tune in and connect with yourself, as well as challenging the body throughout a powerful yoga flow. The class starts with a gentle breath work followed by a mindful flow building up to a peak pose. Expect Sun Salutations, arm balances and inversions, followed by long held stretches on the mat to slow down, connect and tune in. The class will be held on the Penthouse Terrace on the 26th floor, weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be held inside the Penthouse.
