Woodlawn Pride LGBT Trolley Tour

Woodlawn is the final resting place for many LGBT pioneers.  You can commemorate the history and achievements of LGBT people by joining the NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project, a first-of-its-kind initiative launched to document historic and cultural sites associated with the LGBT community in the five boroughs, at Woodlawn Cemetery.  Help the NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project plant rainbow flags at the graves of the LGBT vaudeville stars, suffragists, Harlem Renaissance figures, artists, writers, and other icons who are interred at the cemetery.  The tour will be led by co-founder of the NYC LGBT Historic Sites Project and Columbia University professor Andrew Dolkart.
