A night of music celebrating women in salsa and brass featuring Lulada Club and Brass Queens, will showcase NYC’s two premier all-female horn-centric ensembles, in a unique collaboration to celebrate Women’s History Month. Combine the nonstop party that is a Brass Queens show, which will have you singing along to classic pop hits and dancing your heart out to reggaeton, with Lulada’s masterful interpretations of vintage tropical rhythms encompassing salsa, bolero, and cha-cha-cha. The result: A CARNIVAL!

Lulada Club will be celebrating the release of their Debut 45 “Lulada Llegó / La Palma” with Nu-Tone Recordings in honor of International Women’s Month. Infused with an irresistible blend of vibrancy and skill, the remarkable women of Lulada Club command the stage, welcoming salserxs of all levels and ages. The powerhouse band pays homage to the icons while offering a fresh perspective through their original tunes.

Brass Queens, which is celebrating their 5th anniversary in March, has developed a signature sound that sits right at the intersection of the Big Apple and the Big Easy. Their music is deeply inspired by and pays homage to the New Orleans brass band tradition while injecting the upbeat, multifaceted energy of their New York home into each performance.
