Westchester Mama and Child Wellness Expo: Due, New, and YOU!

The Westchester Mama & Child Wellness Expo: Due, New, and You is a one-day, large-scale event that will provide resources and hands-on support, building community and connection between parents, experts, and service providers in the parenting and child wellness space to promote the importance of maternal physical and mental health.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with vendors specializing in a variety of disciplines (across mental health and PMADs, occupational therapy, physical therapy, potty training, individualized sleep support, lactation support, picky eating support, pelvic floor therapy, fertility and reproductive therapy, infant massage, parent coaching, cooperative play, and more), choose from expert-led breakout sessions, participate in hands-on activities (in breathwork, mindfulness, Pilates, acupuncture, massage, and others), and spend family time in the Kids’ Zone enjoying face painting, live music, story time, sensory and art play, building, and STEAM demonstrations!

A significant portion of the proceeds will benefit The Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley and Open Door Family Medical Center.
