WINNER – BEST ONE MAN SHOW – UNITED SOLO SPRING FESTIVAL 2025!
“Must be seen/experienced…Whips us into a connection so real the ending is worth the price of a New York therapist.” Alice Klugherz – The Front Row Center. For full review go to https://thefrontrowcenter.com/2025/04/under-the-rainbow-final-show-april-19-at-united-solo/
Under the Rainbow, written and acted by John Gazzale (Stamped from the Beginning, Nuclear Knack Knacks), is an imaginative, fantastical tale about self acceptance, the truth of being an artist, and the wisdom of Judy Garland.
Carried out of New York City by a tornado, Roger, a frustrated, unemployed actor, lands under the rainbow in a nightmarish reality. He is frantic to get back to New York to attend an important audition. Will what he finds in “Oz” help him find his way home?
A humorous, solo show not to be missed.
