Sparkling Pointe Local Oyster Showcase

The Local Oyster Showcase is a walk-around interactive tasting experience of Sparkling Pointe wines paired with our favorite Long Island oysters. 

Six unique sparkling wine stations are set beside displays of Long Island oyster farmers and North Fork restaurants. Live shucking showcases their varieties raw and chefs prepare an array of freshly made mignonettes, frys, and toppings.

This year’s line up includes: Great Gun Oysters, Founders Oysters, Peconic Golds, Oysterponds, Fire Island Blues, Violet Cove, Claudio’s Restaurant, First & South, Frisky Oyster, Fyr & Salt, North Fork Shack, and A Lure Chowder House & Oysteria.

Tickets: $100pp ($85 wine club members)    Includes a walk-around tasting flight of six Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen combination of raw and prepared oysters. Additional sparkling wine by the glass, oysters, food, and merch sold separately.
