Pride at the High Line: A United Front

Sharing stories of solidarity, overcoming barriers, and exploring what lies beyond the boundaries that divide us
Join us for our fourth-annual celebration of LGBTQIA+ stories, in partnership with The Generations Project and hosted by the incomparable live-singing drag queen Castrata! Six powerful speakers representing marginalized groups—including immigrants, elders, people with disabilities, trans voices, and other minority communities—share their personal stories of liberation. Let’s shine a light on our strength in unity and, together, write the story of a more hopeful tomorrow!
The High Line reaffirms its commitment to be a space for people of all identities to come together in solidarity.
- Natalia Soloviova: A Russian/Siberian LGBTQ+ rights activist, who will share about her work inside and outside of a country that condemns homosexuality.
- Joanna Rivera: A trans advocate, who will share about her work at Alley Forney Center and SAGE advocating for trans elders.
- Dominique Spooner: A TV/film writer, director, and producer who will share about overcoming violence and adversity to embrace her true self.
