Perlman Alumni Chamber Music Recital

Each fall, 16 alumni of The Perlman Music Program return to Shelter Island to study chamber music with Merry Peckham and Itzhak Perlman, and delve into community performance practices with NEC’s Director of Community Engagement Tanya Maggi. The retreat culminates with a free concert and a day of community engagement in classrooms across the East End.
