Calling all dogs! The annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest in Washington Square Park is Sunday, October 30 at noon SHARP. $20 to enter, preregister at wspdogrun.org Hosted by the Washington Square Park Dog Run Association and the Washington Square Park Conservancy.
