Free Adult Fitness Class
Join us for an hour of fitness fun! If you would like to improve your balance, feel stronger and have more energy, then this class is for you! Gentle but effective, you will use your body weight, chairs and bands to stabilize, strengthen and energize your body! That means no jumping and no heavy weights. You will be guided through a series of stretches and exercises by a highly experienced, certified personal trainer/fitness instructor, that is also a Redhook resident! Free and open to the public. Taught by UNBOUND Fitness by Miranda. All fitness levels welcome!
