DARKROOM

DARKROOM is a new project by NYC-based queer experimental group, Bent Duo. Much of Bent Duo’s work focuses on repurposing aspects of queer culture as structures for creative production, and this new work is a continuation of this exploration.

DARKROOM is inspired by the profound experiences and connections that can often be found in anonymous queer spaces like dark rooms. Starting from this experiential framework, Bent Duo created a performance installation that channels this intense energy using sound.
