Dancing Proud: Cardio Vogue with 305 Fitness at Arlo Midtown

Come out for a Part-Dance Cardio Party, Part-Workshop! In addition to the standard 305 class where you’ll dance your heart out to a live DJ spinning, participants will Vogue moves, the style created by Black and Brown queer New Yorkers in the 70s and 80s. We celebrate Ballroom culture with this extravaganza event benefitting Legacy BQPC!
