CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS- LITTLE EXPLORERS: UNDER WATER

Splash into fun and explore aquatic critters and ocean ecosystems. New York City is surrounded by local waterways and a rich coastal ecosystem. Learn about aquatic residents at the Queen Zoo through up-close encounters, exhibit exploration, and delivering a special treat for some of our aquatic residents. Put on your safari hat and bring your magnifying lenses. Each week focus on a different habitat and put your animal skills to the test while learning about the Queens Zoo’s residents through hands-on activities. This is a drop off program. Participants will meet small ambassador animals during the program. Participants will not have direct contact with exhibit animals. This program is for kids in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade!
