Join Rizzoli Bookstore for a conversation with Hugh Nini and Neal Treadwell, a couple of 34 years, for the second installment of their beautiful book series, “Loving: A Photographic History of Men in Love, 1850s –1950s.” These gorgeous coffee table books are filled with black & white and sepia-tone, portraits, snapshots, photobooth strips, and candid pics of queer men in love, taken between the dawn of photography until Stonewall.

Hear from Hugh & Neal how/where they find and identify the images, what these photos mean to them and their fans, and why it’s vital that these photos are preserved in context.
