826NYC Trivia Night for Cheaters

Your favorite game of chicanery, 826NYC’s Trivia Night for Cheaters, is back for 2025! Join hosts Emmy Blotnick and Hari Kondabolu at Brooklyn Brewery on October 7th at 7:00 PM for a night of trivia that will test your knowledge and sense of ethics!

Proceeds from this event directly support the 3,600+ young authors who come to 826NYC each year to write their own paths forward.

On October 7th, youth literacy and creative writing non-profit 826NYC will host Brooklyn’s most notorious and star-studded trivia tournament and fundraiser, Trivia Night for Cheaters. At Trivia Night, 25 teams of five vie for trivia glory and sweet prize packages. But can they prevail on their own? Ha! Our unbelievably challenging questions would stump even the greatest trivia connoisseur.

The more raise, the more you cheat, the better your shot at victory. It’s that simple.
